| I ordered some climbing quipment (£109 worth) 28th August 2007 and I am still waiting as at 12th September 2007. Customer service was nil,I was initially told the chairman would have to authorise my refund!! This is one crappy company to deal with over the internet. |

I placed an order on 28 August '07 for a pair of sandals and a pair of shoes and I am still waiting for them. I phoned customer services two or three times and was told that they would be sent as soon as they were in stock. I am still waiting for my order and a reply to my emails sent in the past week. I am going to France on 27th Sept and wanted the items for my walking holiday. So much for winning awards for its delivery service. What has happened to their service - can anybody explain why the service has deteriorated so much in such a short time? |
