Abismal service from Field & Trek
Order no: 4475139 I placed an order on 28 August '07 for a pair of sandals and a pair of shoes and I am still waiting for them. I phoned customer services two or three times and was told that they would be sent as soon as they were in stock. I am still waiting for my order and a reply to my emails sent in the past week. I am going to France on 27th Sept and wanted the items for my walking holiday. So much for winning awards for its delivery service. What has happened to their service - can anybody explain why the service has deteriorated so much in such a short time?
